MemoryMinder Journals was founded in 1993 with the publication of our first book, MemoryMinder personal health journal. In 1996 the first DietMinder was published and in 2002 we introduced the BodyMinder. These three journals have become the favorites of many people who understand the important role journaling can play in matters of health and fitness.
