Returns are ONLY accepted if the item is damaged in shipping or defective upon receipt.  No other reason will qualify for a approved return.
As stated on all packing slips, Verilux must be notified of any and all damages and shortages via phone 802-496-3101, fax 802-496-3105 or e-mail to verilux@verilux.com within 72 hours of receipt of goods. UPS claim/trace will be required. Verilux will process claims and reship the order. Please allow 3 weeks for resolution of claim.  Also note, customer is responsible for shipping the defective product back to the manufacturer.
