Concentrated, safe and gentle on clothes - yet it really packs a punch when it comes to removing dirt and grime. Contains Anionic Surfactants from plant-derived sources, Cotton Extract, Borax, dirt and stain-fighting enzymes, and, of course, those important natural essential oils for a garden-fresh fragrance. Can Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Laundry Detergent be used in high-efficiency (HE) washing machines?
Yes, this product is formulated for HE machines.
Can this laundry detergent be used at all temperatures?
Our laundry detergent is safe and effective at all temperatures on whites, permanent press, bright colors, prints, and delicates in hard or soft water.
Does Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Laundry Detergent contain phosphates or bleach?
Our laundry detergents contain no phosphates and are biodegradable. This product contains no bleach.
How much laundry detergent should I use?
We recommend 1/2 capful (1 oz) per load or 3/4 capful (1.5 oz) for very heavily soiled loads.
Can I use this product on silk or wool?
Our Laundry Detergent is not recommended for silk or wool unless noted washable by the manufacturer.
Will the use of this product shrink or fade my clothes and delicates?
We recommend carefully following the manufacturer's directions when washing delicates. Always test an inconspicuous area or a seam before using our product on delicates. This product will not shrink or fade clothes when they are washed at the temperature suggested by the manufacturer.
Suggested Use
Use 1/2 capful of Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Laundry Detergent per load (64 loads per bottle), or 3/4 capful for extra-large or particularly filthy clothes. If you have a spot, dab Laundry Detergent directly onto the spot and let sit for a minute or two. Wash as usual.
