What is the most optimal way to take Showtime when entering a bodybuilding competition?
We recommend starting Showtime 3 days out (on Wednesday for a Saturday competition) and take 5 capsules in the morning and 5 capsules in the evening. Another option would be to take 4 capsules upon waking, 3 capsules in the afternoon, and 3 capsules before bed.

Can Showtime be taken when not getting on stage?
Showtime can be used any time one wants to drop excess water. Be it for a photo shoot or just for a pool party. Showtime is a natural, herbal-based safe supplement.

Should I drink water when taking Showtime?
Even though you are trying to “drop water” and get rid of the water beneath your skin you still want to drink water. In addition to your daily water intake, we recommend drinking 16 oz. of water with each dose of Showtime.

Can women use Showtime?
Yes, Showtime can be safely used by both men and women.

Can those under the age of 18 use Showtime?
We do not recommend the use of Showtime to those under the age of 18.

What makes Showtime better than other diuretic formulas?
Showtime uses proven natural diuretics in effective dosages. Showtime does not contain a proprietary blend; you can see exactly how much of it ingredient there is. Knowing how much of each ingredient is in the formula allows you to find the perfect dosage for getting dry, hard, and full.

Does Showtime have any side effects?
Anytime you try to expel water through the use of diuretics or water depletion techniques you run the risk of becoming dehydrated or experiencing muscle cramps. Dehydration is a state where the body does not have enough water, either due to not drinking enough water or losing too much water such as from excessive sweating during prolonged exercise. While you want to get rid of excess extracellular water, you DO NOT want to become dehydrated. Being dehydrated will make you feel terrible, make you shaky and nauseous, could lead to cramping, fainting, and even death. Dehydration is a serious matter and therefore you water intake must be monitored on competition day or anytime you take a diuretic. Muscle cramps are involuntary, painful contractions of muscles causes by dehydration, an electrolyte imbalance, or overexertion. It is not uncommon for bodybuilders to cramp up on competition day due to either not drinking enough water or an electrolyte imbalance. It is important to stay hydrated even while trying to expel excess water. You could have paper thin skin and veins all over your body, but if you can’t pose due to fatigue or cramping then what is the point?

Can I use Showtime all the time?
We do not recommend the use of Showtime on a daily basis. Showtime should be used before a competition, photoshoot, or other event. Showtime should not be used continuously.

Is it possible to take too much Showtime?
Yes, taking too many capsules of Showtime could lead to dehydration and muscle cramping as described above.

Will Showtime cause me to fail a drug test for natural bodybuilding competitions?
No. Showtime contains all natural ingredients and no hormones. It will not cause you to fail a drug test.
