What bothers me the most about the product is the small amount of actual fruit powder. Only about 125 mg. Previous berry flavors had 1,000 mg. You would then get the value of the vitamins, plus the berry extract. This powder also only has 500 Mg of vitamin C. That is half the normal amount in their products.

I have used cranberry emergen-C for years, but wanted to "upgrade" to the vitamin plus. Big mistake. The "fizzy" lasts only for a few seconds, and then you are left with a really flat, medicine tasting flat water. Not at all like the other flavors. Blech!
