In Sweet Meadows, we have combined the finest chamomile blossoms from Egypt's northern valley, with lemon myrtle, the world's most vibrant source of citral, found in the rainforests of Australia. When brewed, this teasan glows with the warmth of sunshine and imparts a lingering calm brushed with citrus murmurings.
Teasan is our term, derived from the French tisane, for brewed herbal beverages; which, strictly speaking, are not from the tea plant, Camellia Sinensis.

As the secrets of the night unfold bring fresh water to a boil. Pour over a bag of Indian Night. Steep 3-5 minutes to capture the full taste. Over steeping brings out bitterness from tannin, a natural part of tea. This tea is strong enough to handle milk, yet milk enough to be served alone.
