Rosa Rubiginosa oil comes from the seed of a South American wild rose called Rosa Mosqueta. Also called rose hip seed oil, it has been used for centuries by the Andean Indians for healing purposes and skin care. It contains concentrations of linolenic acid and trans-retin-acid also known as vitamin A acid which is effective in slowing the aging process of the skin by supporting keratin migration, cell regeneration, and collagen production.
