To Clean: Seperate and wash all parts in hot water using a mild liquid soap, or use top rack of dishwasher. Sterilize by placing parts in boiling water for 2-5 minutes.

To Heat: Once bottle is full, hold under hot running water until warm, or put the container in with heated water. Do not use microwave oven to heat breast milk. Microwaves can destroy vital nutrients and can cause uneven heating of liquids that may harm your baby. Do not overheat. Always check temperature of liquid on wrist before feeding baby.

To Maintain: Continually inspect all parts for signs of damage or weakness. Throw away and replace any part that appears to be torn, cracked, or broken.

Do not put your baby to bed with a bottle. Extended contact with liquids may cause severe tooth decay.

Do not push nipple brush through hole or attempt to enlarge hole, since this can tear nipple. If nipple tears, discontinue use immediately and replace with new nipple. A torn nipple is a potential choking hazard.
