I was feeding my teenager kiddy gummies for years because she WOULD NOT swallow pills. I was so happy to find that they made a gummy specifically for adults. My daughter and I are both diabetic and suffer from BiPolar disorder, so taking a multi-vite just makes good sense. With all the publicity out about the necessity of taking vites and the dangers of some of the ingredients in some vites out there, I still will continue to take a multi and urge my kid to eat her gummies!

The Nutrition Now Multi gummy vitamin is great tasting and so much easier to digest than conventional vitamins. I have introduced several people to this multi vitamin and they have all loved it.
