To Reuse: Take the used pack and stir continuously in a pot of boiling hot water for about 5-10 minutes - until the pack contents turn back into a clear liquid. Remove carefully from the hot water and let cool down before reusing. Be careful! While boiling, make sure to stir continuously so that the pack casing does not melt. Do not leave boiling pot unattended. Do not microwave. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Do not puncture.
