Carlson Labs E-Gem Natural Vitamin E Oil Drops with Each drop of E-Gem Oil containing 10 IU of Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate) derived from soybean oil. 20,000 IU per bottle. Apply externally to aid and soften skin or may be taken orally when controlled dosages are desired. Color variations may occur.

Suggested Use

As individually desired for dietary supplementation, take 10 drops (100 IU) daily - or - may be applied externally to soften skin.
