10/28/08 By AMANDA (CLEVELAND, OH) I've tried several ECA stacks, and I put this one up with the best. The capsules have a sweet coating, so you don't smell the extracts and gag while taking them. They pack quite a punch with 25 mg/ephedra per capsule. That's good because you don't have to overdo the caffeine by taking a bunch of them throughout the day. They definitely help with breathing if you're taking these for lung/asthma issues. I didn't experience any skin reactions either, as I have with other ECA pills. I lost quite a bit of weight and these really squash your appetite. I definitely give this one 2 thumbs up, all around.
