I mix a well rounded scoop into 7 oz room temp water and use that to take my other supplements in the morning. I add a couple drops of liquid Stevia, available on luckyvitamin.com, for a little sweeter taste and that works well for me. LuckyVitamin has the best Stevia too. Try their liquid in the 4 oz bottle. I can feel the difference in my energy and I feel less hungry when I take Green Vibrance. If I decide not to take it one day, I usually go ahead and have it later on that day anyway. It makes me feel healthier overall. I don¿t skimp on the portion and still the bottle really has quite a bit of product left. It¿s gonna last a while! This is a good product and we'll definitely order it again. How can you go wrong? You're on the LuckyVitamin website after all, the best!
