Formula VM-75® is a high-potency multivitamin with amino acid chelated minerals – and is among the best-selling multivitamins in the natural products industry. In tablet form, Formula VM-75® is taken once a day, making it easy to incorporate into a healthy program of nutrition. The 75 means that Formula VM-75® contains 75 mg of most of the B vitamins. Suggested Use
