Refresh Herbal Infusion Caffeine Free by Tazo

Even though this type of beverage is often described as an herbal tea, there is actually no tea in it at all. Instead it's a blend of leaves and herbs that has been used for centuries to enhance health and well being. As a result, it contains no caffeine.
Suggested Use
Hot tea: Use one bag. Bring freshly drawn cold filtered water to a boil and pour into cup over filterbag. Allow to steep for five minutes. Gently squeeze bag and remove.
Iced tea: Place two bags in an eight ounce container and steep for five minutes. Remove bags and pour hot teas into a tall glass filled with ice.
