Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement for adults and children 4 or more years of age, 2 teaspoonfuls daily after a meal. For post menopausal women, 1 tablespoonful daily, after a meal. For pregnant or lactating women: 1 tablespoonful daily after a meal. For children under 4 years of age: 1 teaspoonful daily, after a meal. For infants: 1 teaspoonful daily (may be taken undiluted, mixed with infant formula or fruit juice).
