Tastes great. High in protein. Does contain quit a bit of maltitol. Which in some people may be a problem-thats why I am giving it only a 4.

This bar tastes great! Is a bar that doesn¿t make your jaw sore trying to chew it. It is satisfying and wont leave you starving. It is sweet, which I like, but with out a crazy amount of sugar. Lucky Vitamin has them at a great price as well.
