2/10/09 By CHARLES (ATLANTA, GA) I am bipolar and was taking Lithium Carbonate every day for years. I started taking this instead, of course after gradually switching, and I feel like it works just as well with no side affects. It is easier on the stomach, too. I take 6-8 tabs (30-40 mg) a day because of bipolar but others may experience results with less.

5/23/08 By CHUCK I have taken about every every antidepressant on teh market. This is the only thing that has worked. I am blown away. Its fast, I can take 2 or 3 at a time. I have had an incredible improvement. I am buying 5 more bottles to give to my friends and family.
