Suggested Use
Can be taken several different ways:
(1) Take 1 orange multi-vitamin/anti-oxidant tablet and 1 whitish multi-mineral/Vitamin C tablet after each daily meal.
(2) Take the entire packet with a full breakfast or lunch.
(3) Take the 3 orange multi-vitamin/anti-oxidant tablets with breakfast or lunch and 3 white whitish multi-mineral/Vitamin C tablets 1/2 hour before bedtime. Note: Taking more than 1 orange multi-vitamin/anti-oxidant at a time increases the likelihood of a niacin flush.
Warnings
Although there are few, if any, reports of problems, people with high blood pressure, rheumatic heart disease, diabetes or overactive thyroid should always consult their physicians before increasing their Vitamin E, and should always increase it slowly and carefully.
