Suggested Use

Use shampoo. Rinse well. Massage conditioner into hair and scalp. Leave on for at least a minute. Rinse thoroughly. For damaged hair, allow conditioner for remain on for up to 15 minutes.

I have long, curly, thus dry hair. I use a natural color and even that drys some more. I live in a desert climate, so that's dry again. This is one conditioner that really works for me. I love it!
