Suggested Use

Step 2 - First, shampoo with Thin-to-Thick(TM) Natural Hair Thickening Shampoo. Towel dry and massage one capful of conditioner through hair. Comb through and leave on for 1-2 minutes. Rinse with warm, then cool water. To help prevent and correct hair-thinning and fallout, use Thin-to-Thick(TM) Body Building Hair Spray for day-long hold and protection.

love this product...i used to have a lot of falling hair while in a shower.but since i used this i would only see like very little...i saw a lot of improvement after using this shampoo...i highly recommend this....=)
