8/8/09 By CAROLINE (ARLINGTON, VA) I think the first reviewer had not used any kind of NAC previously. It can be a surprise the first time-it really, really does smell. It contains sulfur, thus the rotten egg smell. But it works great! (I use it for my asthma)

7/11/08 By ZOYA (WEST DES MOINES, IA) I don't know how to rate it even fair, because I couldn't try it - it smelled awfull with something like rotten egg. There is no return on opened items, so I'm just not going to buy from this manufacturer anymore. Very dissappointing.
