This is the first REAL multivitamin I've taken for extended periods of time (half a year so far). I'm in my 20's and exercise frequently. Here is what i've observed directly related to taking these vitamins (1 or 2 times a day max): * More endurance running outside before pain in my legs and joints * Reduced appetite for junk food (A healthy meal satisfies me, no need for 'snacks' as often) * Increased sexual performance (more endurance when in bed with the love of my life) I recommend these to everyone, for the price you can't beat them!

This men's vitamin doesn't upset my stomach! And unlike many of the chemical-tasting multi's out there, my body seems to be utilizing all the nutrients instead of passing them as excess chemicals. Great product!!
