Suggested Use
Cleansing, Relaxing and Tonifying Nighttime Formula: Take 3 capsules every night 30-760 minutes before bedtime with at least 10-20 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Not recommended for children. Cleansing, Energizing and Restorative Daytime Formula: Take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules, twice daily, with at least 10-20 ounces of water, juice, or your favorite beverage. Children (6-12 yrs.) take 1/2 the adult suggested use. For best results, use periodically with Colon Cleanse.
Warnings
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. This product contains Cascara Sagrada, Buckthorn and Senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Cascara Sagrada, Buckthorn and Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
