Suggested Use

Adults take one scoop (1/2 teaspoon) 3 times per day with 8 oz of water or juice. For advanced use, take 6-12 scoops per day for 90 days, followed by a maintenance level of 3 per day for life. Best taken on an empty stomach. Great for pets. Scoop included.

Warnings

Pregnant or nursing women should consult a physician before using this product.

I have had lactose intolerance most of my life. After taking Primal Defense Powder once a day for one week, I could eat dairy again with no adverse effects and no Lactaid Pills. I have used this for the past two years and love the results. I would recommend this to anyone with similar issues.
