Suggested Use

Adults take 1 caplet 3 times per day with 8 oz of water or juice. For advanced use, take 6-12 caplets per day for 90 days, followed by a maintenance level of 3 per day for life. Best taken on an empty stomach. Great for pets.

Warnings

Pregnant or nursing women should consult a physician before using this product.

Caution: To avoid rapid detoxification, start with 1 caplet per day and gradually increase to desired amount.

I have a lot of health problems along with poor digestion and gastric issues. Primal defense has helped me so much I could never express it's benefits in a review. It took a long time to work up to the proper dosage and I did lose faith along the way, I'm so glad I didn't stop taking it, as many do. I can tell a noticeable difference if I stop taking this produce even for a couple of days. I feel this product has helped me so much I would say it saved my life. Thank you Garden of Life.
