For adults, take one (1) capsule
three to five times daily, preferably with
meals. Capsules may be opened and prepared
as a tea, or dispersed in any liquid
desired. This product is intended for use by men and not
intended for use by pregnant or lactating women. Consult

hormone dependent cancers or are taking ANY PRESCRIPTION
