If I am feeling like I'm coming down with an infection, I will take it and quickly start to feel better. My brother, who has several anti-cancer drug patents (Taxol is one, for instance), has done extensive research on Thuja (one of the ingredients in Esberitox) and has found it's a very important immune-system strengthener, which is why I started taking Esberitox.
