7/22/09 By Debra J (SEATAC, WA) This Product does what it says. It has probiotics AND enzymes and alot of other herbs to hit any parasites. ALSO it does NOT have Sena which my Nat Path does not want me to get use to. Triphala works just right. NO cramping either.! Excellent product.
