I did a lot of research online before choosing a good fish oil-My psychiatrist recommended it to me for brain function and so many other benefits. This is a great safe, pure, potent brand. Lucky Vitamin charges 1/2 what i paid at the health food stores.

Carlson is a quality Omega 3 product. I take 4 a day, which got rid of carpal tunnel. I am allergic to fish and I have no problem taking this supplement. I really needed the Omega 3 because I can't get it with a fish deprived diet. I to take this for life and Lucky has the best prices and prompt service.
