Hi-Fiber aids good intestinal health. Prolonged strain can result in damage to the colon wall. Hi-fiber softens the feces, reducing the pressure necessary for effective bowel evacuation. Waste material spends less time within the intestinal tract as regularity is improved. Food residue is eliminated quickly from the body, cleansing the colon naturally and effectively. Fiber is recognized as an important element in a well balanced diet. Hi-Fiber is 99.8% pure psyllium seed husks providing 6 grams of high quality fiber per teaspoonful.
Suggested Use
Mis one rounded teaspoonful into a full 8 oz. glass of water or liquid and drink immediately OR sprinkle one rounded teaspoonful onto food and follow with a full 8 oz. glass of liquid.
Take one to three tiumes daily.
To avoid the digestive discomfort that may occur when initially increasing fiber intake, gradually increase the amount of Hi-Fiber taken from one to three teaspoonfuls daily to allow the body to adjust to a higher level of fivber.
Warnings
Do not use when acute abdonimal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present.
Consult a physician before using this product if you are pregnant or nursing.
Must be taken with at least 8 oz. of liquid or psyllium may swell in the throat and cause choking.
Do not use if you have trouble with swallowing.
