Adults (12 years and older): 1 tablet to be dissolved in the mouth 3 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 3 more times.

Children (6 to11 years): 1 tablet 2 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times.

Young children (1 to 5 years): ½ tablet 3 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, ½ tablet every 15 minutes, up to 3 more times.

Infants (0-12 months): ½ tablet 3 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, ½ tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times. If symptoms persist or worsen, a physician should be consulted. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health care professional before using this product. Store tightly closed at room temperature.
