6/29/08 By S. Great stuff. I have nasal polyps and am always plugged up. This is one of the few things that helps. It gets the swelling to go down a bit so at least some air will go through my nose. Helps with dripping and strengthens the soft tissues so they don't get as bad. I really love this stuff. No side effects either or interactions.
