7/20/09 By Rodney (ROLLA, ND) This was recomended for my son, who is 8, by his ND. I wasn't sure if he would be able to take it because he's a gagger and we have tried a liquid O-Mega 3 in the past but it was too thick/greasy, it took him a long time to swallow. This stuff is great, it has a lemon flavor and not even close to as thick as the other brand we have tried.
