Each 250 mg soft gel provides: DHA: 35 mg Vitamin A: 44-97.5 IU EPA: 22.5 mg Vitamin D: 0-2 IU other Omega-3: 12.5 mg Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols): 0.5 IU Suggested Use: For children over 2 years old. 2 caps/day for children up to 30 lbs., and 4 caps/day for children over 30 lbs, or as directed by your health care professional or pharmacist. Due to the natural existing Vitamins A and D in Cod Liver, do not exceed suggested usage unless recommended by your Physician.
