Yacon Power® uses only finest organic Yacon from Oxapampa, Peru. The texture and flavor have been described as a cross between a fresh apple and watermelon which is why it is sometimes referred to as the apple of the earth. You can eat the dried Yacon slices like any other dried fruit – out of the bag or add them to salads, cereals and desserts. The Yacon Syrup can be used like any liquid sweetener. The syrup has a flavor much like molasses.
