Health Store recommended this and I have been taking this vitamin ever since. Can take on an empty stomach with no problems. Love this multiple.

I like this vitamin because you can take it on an empty stomach if need be. I can tell when I don't take it and feel better when I do. Having a delicate stomach it still never bothers me. Don't have to take a lot of other pills because it has so much in it.
