I absolutely LOVE this multivitamin! I've been taking them for a month now, and from the moment I started taking them, I immediately felt a difference in my mood and energy levels. As for their size, they are pretty big, but I've never had a problem taking them.

I really like this multivite and have been taking it for two months now. All I can say negative about it is that the pills are exceptionally hard to swallow - and I don't have problems with swallowing pills. So... if you have difficulty swallowing, esp large pills, I wouldn't recommend this product.
