10/6/09 By NICHOLE (LAKE SAINT LOUIS, MO) While these are great overall, they are rather large, have the typical vitamin smell and you have to take 3 of them. If you are dealing with nausea all of these things make taking these rather difficult. Once down they don't seem to cause me a lot of upset, but getting them down is another story.

I tried these and even on an empty stomach I don't get sick at all. I also really like that everything is food based not synthetic so it is more bio-available. It really is Perfect.

I liked them so much, especially because they were food-based and didn't upset my stomach, that I've continued to take them. I was told "if you can afford to keep taking pre-natals they're usually the best female vitamins you can buy". Well, I took that advice!

12/8/08 By MICHELE Best prenatal I've found/used. I used these during my pregnancy and now while breastfeeding. Has not caused any stomach issues or constipation since it is all from food/cultured. The tablets are small and easy to take. Worth the cost, esp from here!
