Suggested Use
Product doses are based on body weight. For liquid extracts: Take 1/4 tsp (1 ml) 4 times per day. Women over 175 lbs take 1/2 tsp (2 ml) 3 times per day.
Dosage may be taken in 1-2 oz. of water or clear juice. For maximum effectiveness, avoid drinking liquids 20 minutes before and after each dose.
Warnings
Keep out of children¿s reach. Any ingested food has the potential for allergic reaction. Discontinue use if side effects appear. Blessed thistle is in the aster family. Those with allergies to plants in this family may develop a skin rash.
