This is great to help with stress and anxiety. It also helps to naturally relax muscles and can help you sleep better. I give my 8 year old daughter 1/2 a dose when she is anxious and freaked out, or too wired to sleep. Lucky Vitamin is 1/2 the price that i paid at the health food store. AMazing!!!!!!!!

What a product! I have been taking a tablespoon every night before bed for 2 years and sleep like a baby, yet never groggy in the A.M. My bone density has actually gone UP since I've been using it, too, (along with Bone-Up and Biosil.) Most bioavailable of all magnesiums.

This is a great product. Magnesium citrate is one of the most bioavailable forms of magnesium and enhances one's ability to retain calcium (in the right places) as well. This product has a nice effervescence and a slight lemony flavor. We add it to tea (herbal, green or black) in the evening.
