6/24/09 By RULA (FORT WAYNE, IN) This is a great product, it works in general on mild to moderate pain. I can call it sleeping mineral (I agree with the previous comment about sleeping). It helps me rest very well when I take it without the need of so many hours of sleep. I even give it to my kids to help them sleep early. I definitely always keep it available in my house. The only note I have on it, is that it tastes sour, I tried all flavors, this one is the best one.

This product also keeps you regular, which is another plus. I always have a bottle at my house -- I never want to run out of this great product. :)
