Suggested Use
Add 1 heaping scoop to 16 oz. of cold water and: stir (20-30 seconds) or shake (30-40 seconds) or blend (45-60 seconds). For a thicker shake try mixing Pro Complex Gainer in a blender with milk (16 oz of skim milk adds 170 calories, 16 g of protein, 24 g of carbs and 0g of fat.) and ice.

Between Meals: Drink 1-2 servings of Pro Complex Gainer between meals to encourage a positive nitrogen balance and support a high-calorie diet.

Before bed: Drink one serving of Pro Complex Gainer about 45-60 minutes before bed to provide nutrients to recovering muscle throughout the night.
