Choline & Inositol by NOW Foods
Choline and Inositol are members of the B-Vitamin family. Choline is found in most animal tissues and is necessary for normal synaptic transmission. Inositol is included as a synergist and assists choline in the metabolism of cholesterol and fat in the liver.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily, preferably with meals.
