My daughter refused every vitamin we gave her except this liquid vitamin. She is a picky eater so we felt that we needed something. My husband researched all the ingredients and quantities and found that it was a high quality product, our doctor also liked it. We use a blue 5ml medicine dispenser to give it to her. It was difficult to keep things clean at first but we just take off her shirt or put on a bib just in case a little drips. then wash the dispenser and store in a baggie in the fridge for easy access beside the vitamin.
