I really enjoy this shake. I have one every morning before breakfast...it's my coffee! It has a sweet vanilla flavor, and you can add fruit to give it a different taste, I just make it plain though. The package does say that you do not needs a blender, but I use one and add ice otherwise it does not mix well.
