When you see the RED TRUCK on the product detail page it means that item qualifies for our low $5.95 flat rate shipping plan. If you order $100 or more worth of qualified items, those items in your order will ship for free when you choose our Standard Shipping plan. |
When you see the BLUE TRUCK on the product detail page it means that item does not qualify for our free or flat rate shipping promotion. When you add that item to your cart there will be an additional handling fee added to your total. At checkout your shipping charges will be relative to the total of the non-qualified items you are ordering. |

*Why are some items "qualified" and others aren't? Because we always want to offer you the lowest possible price on all items, we are not able to offer flat and free shipping on some of our items. Instead of putting a weight or quantity limit on how many of the same items you can order (as some of our competitors do). We instead separate these items from the promotion. Over 95% of our items qualify. Whenever we are able to offer an item with free or flat rate shipping, we do! |

LuckyVitamin.com processes orders 7 days a week. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing after you have placed your order. We will ship all our orders standard by either UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail (3-10 days depending on location). For most items we charge a flat rate of $5.95 and offer free shipping when the total for these items is over $100. Certain items will have additional shipping and handling charges. These additional charges will be displayed at checkout. For faster processing and delivery you can have your order shipped:
All items are shipped with a verified UPS or USPS tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. Orders placed after 7 AM (EST) may not process until the next business day. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday morning. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday, Sunday, USPS may delivery your package on a Saturday. Both do not deliver on national holidays.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands are shipped based on USPS real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination. |

PLEASE NOTE: Packages less than 1 lb will ship via USPS First Class Mail when our Standard Shipping method is chosen. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to additional charges. International orders are also subject to additional charges. If ordering online, your charges will appear upon checkout. You will be notified of any fees that do not conform with our free and flat rate shipping policies. If you’d prefer to call Customer Service to place your Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international order, a representatives will gladly assist you: 1-888-635-0474.
*Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.
APO Addresses : We must ship via USPS to all APO addresses. Shipping costs are based on package weight.
Insurance Fees : There may be an additional charge to a high value package during transit. We will contact you if this is the case and you may opt out of the insurance at your risk and discretion.
Rush Order Service: You may choose to have your standard shipping package "rushed out". There will be an additional $10 fee for this service and you should contact customer service to inquire about its availability on your order.

LuckyVitamin.com currently ships domestically to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands. At the present time we ship internationally to Canada as well.
All international shipments will be charged based on the weight and destination of their order. US currency only. Our free shipping does not apply to international orders, sorry. Customers outside the United States may be subject to additional fees and charges. We ask that you please be aware of local custom and importation laws. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from LuckyVitamin.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Before you place your order, please be sure of your local customs laws concerning the shipment of dietary supplements. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. If an item is returned to us due to a customs related issue, you will be billed a 20% restocking fee. In addition, your credit card will be charged the extra shipping costs incurred by LuckyVitamin.com to retrieve your package. You will only be credited for merchandise when the package is returned to us in the same condition it was sent.
International orders are shipped via UPS/USPS Air Mail which can take approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery. Additional delivery options are available for an increased cost.

Orders to Canada : Orders to Canada can be shipped through USPS International Priority Mail to Canada. USPS mail is delivered via Canadian Post (Max. 66 lbs.). On rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be backordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available.
Here at LuckyVitamin.com we have a great relationship with our suppliers so we are usually able to get your products very quickly. If your backordered item(s) will arrive in a timely manner, we will delay your shipping so we can send your order in its entirety. If we can not have your item(s) soon after receipt of your order, we will ship your partial order and automatically ship the backordered item(s) as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you. In the event several items are backordered, you may receive several partial shipments.

We offer a free cold pack service to insure the quality and potency of certain temperature sensitive products. When you see the image below on an items detail page it indicates that item will ship with cold pack service and we recommend you choose an expedited shipping method.
You may also opt to include cold-pack service with your order by purchasing a Cold-Pack (found here). During the hotter months in order to insure the safety and integrity of certain heat sensitive products and prevent melting, deterioration or rancidity, it may require we pack product with freeze-paks. We recommend purchasing the Cold-Pack service with your order. We may also choose not to ship the product if the weekend will delay final arrival. Based on the size and value of the order an additional $3.50 packaging and handling fee may be required. If any delay or additional cost will incur we will contact you for approval.

| Unopened items can be returned or exchanged for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product. When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees.
We apologize, but because of product shelf life products returned after 30 days will have a 20% restocking fee. We are not able to accept returns on products after 45 days. Additionally, if you are returning/exchanging a quantity of 12 or more of the same item there will be a 15% restocking fee due to inventory control and product shelf life.
In the event of returning a free shipping item there is a mandatory deduction of $5.95 from your total refund.
Instructions:
1. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
2. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
3. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
4. Use the mailing address label below to address your return shipment.
5. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your shipping receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)
