At home at Felix, manufactured by Procordia, there’s something for all tastes and occasions: small dishes, large dishes, sweet, organic, kosher, chilled, frozen. Procordia Food has about 1,650 employees and the turnover amounts to 3.3 billion Swedish kronor. Production takes place at plants in eight locations in Sweden: Eslöv, Tollarp, Fågelmara, Färjestaden, Kumla, Örebro and Vansbro, as well as at the subsidiary Empaco (cutting-up of beef) in Åhus. A total of some 216,000 tons is produced annually, comprising 1,000 items for the consumer market and the catering/institutional market. Mikael Aru is the managing director of Procordia Food.
