Genesis Today Protein 100 Liquid contains two bovine sources of protein: collagen and casein (casein is the more abundant protein in milk). The collagen comes from Argentinean free-range cattle, and the casein comes from New Zealand pasture-fed dairy cows. Both of the proteins have been "hydrolyzed," which means they have been broken apart with water.
