Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop (13.6 g) in a cold drink, once or twice daily. Drink on an empty stomach, or as directed by your health care practitioner. For best results, do not use a blender or mix in fruit juices For easy mixing, shake in a jar, let stand 5 minutes, then shake again.
